FLUTE: Carol Redman
Santa Fe Pro Musica’s principal flutist has been featured as a
soloist and performed with many festivals and music organizations in the US, Canada, Germany, and Japan including Le Festival International
du Domaine Forget (Canada), the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, Oregon Bach Festival, Smithsonian Chamber Music Society, San Luis Obispo Mozart
Festival (California), Maryland Handel Festival, Eugene Symphony Orchestra (Oregon), Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, Music from Angelfire,
Colorado Opera Troupe, Colorado Chamber Players, Ernest Bloch Music Festival (Oregon), 20th Century Unlimited, and Santa Fe New Music. She has
been a regular performer with the orchestras of the Oregon Festival of American Music, Santa Fe Opera and the New Mexico Symphony. She performs
not only on the modern flute and piccolo, but also on the 8-key classical flute, the one key baroque flute, and recorder. Ms. Redman has recorded
for the Koch and Dorian. Labels.
CLARINET:
Lori Lovato is clarinetist for the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra, Santa Fe Symphony, Santa Fe Concert Association Orchestra,
"Three-Two Jazz," and founding member of the New Mexico Woodwind Quintet. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and
earned her Master of Music degree from the University of New Mexico. Ms. Lovato has appeared as soloist with the Chamber
Orchestra of Albuquerque, New Mexico Symphony Orchestra "Music Under the Stars Series" and as guest artist for the Santa
Fe Chamber Music Festival and Music at Angel Fire. She has also performed with the Santa Fe Opera, Opera Southwest,
Four Corners Opera, and the Orquesta Sinfonica de Monterey, Mexico. Currently Lori studies with jazz/classical
virtuoso clarinetist Eddie Daniels. When not performing, Lori also enjoys coaching chamber music, teaching privately,
and playing tennis with her husband Tom Martin.
BASSOON:
Leslie N. Shultis is bassoonist for the Santa Fe Symphony and Chamber Orchestra of Albuquerque. She is a graduate of the University of New
Mexico where she received a Bachelor's in bassoon performance and a Master's in composition. Leslie performs regularly with the New Mexico
Symphony Orchestra and teaches music full-time at the Technical Vocational Institute of New Mexico. When not performing or teaching, Leslie
likes to spend time with her husband Chris, son Michael, pet dog and bird, learning foreign languages, and making glass jewelry.
